Τhe Calypso canyon, one of the most impressive canyons in Greece is situated in the area of Agia, in Thessaly, in a verdant landscape with waterfalls and small crystal clear lakes on the slopes of Mt Kissavos overlooking the Aegean Sea, ANA reports.
The experienced can rappel down eight waterfalls, the highest reaches 100m, while the others can enjoy walking on a wonderful path which leads to the biggest waterfall and to a natural lake. Another path leads to the Kokkino Nero spa (Kolymbithra) for therapy with natural clay.
