ATHENS – Helli Pangalou, Landscape Architect and co-designer of Stavros Niarchos Park, along with Deborah Nevins, takes us on a journey through the Park’s enchanting spring scenery. Together we will “wander” through different types of plants, and we will unfold unknown stories and interesting details about multiple aspects of the Stavros Niarchos Park; from its vision, design, and sustainable development to its rich Mediterranean vegetation.
The design and construction of the Stavros Niarchos Park as an open, public space, welcoming and accessible to everyone, with serious considerations about the sustainability and protection of its environment, is the result of the vision of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation for the design and development of the SNFCC and was made possible through the exclusive grant of the SNF.
