Undated wreck of exploded ship found off Kythnos island in Greece

An unknown wreck was discovered west of Kythnos island, near Attica, with indications it sank after an explosion at its prow, ANA reports.

There are no indications of its date yet.

Researcher Kostas Thoktaridis told Athens-Macedonian News Agency (ANA-MPA) that the wreck was discovered at a depth of 110 meters, and its stern has also collapsed. Its prow is facing north, and widely dispersed debris has been found 30 meters from the stern.
