An online presentation of the new digital platform “Study in Greece”, which manages applications to all international programmes in foreign languages offered by Greek universities, was organized with the participation of members from all universities in the country, ANA reports.
“Study in Greece” is the national body for supporting the internationalisation of Greek higher education.
More specifically, through @SiG (Apply to Study in Greece – AtSiG) a comprehensive digital service is offered to promote the international courses of Greek universities and the unified management of the application process, providing multiple benefits to prospective students, to the secretariats of foreign language courses but also universities as a whole.
@SiG offers automation in the entire process, from promotion and screening, and application to acceptance into a programme, contributing to the simplification of procedures and the modernisation of the Greek university.
The platform helps prospective students find information about the possibility of studying in Greece, compare programmes and submit their applications without having to refer to a multitude of websites for information and to submit – and monitor – their applications.
At the same time, @SiG allows the secretariats of the academic programmes to effectively manage the applications they receive and present their programmes to all interested parties using a single platform that provides them with guaranteed technical support and is part of the national strategy for the internationalisation of Greek universities.
