Municipality of Gortyna: Competition for the creation of a skatepark

The Municipality of Gortyna announced an open competition through the National System of Electronic Public Procurement for the award of the supply and installation of an outdoor skateboard park (skatepark) in Agia Varvara.

Specifically, the proposal for the supply concerns the supply, placement, and installation of elements (ramps, rails, etc.), and accompanying equipment for the creation of the skatepark. The main objective of the study is to equip the proposed area located in Agia Varvara with elements and equipment which, with free access and certified, can be used safely for sports, playing with skates.

The estimated value of the contract amounts to 186,000 euros, including VAT. The deadline for submission of tenders is Thursday, April 3 at 3:00 p.m., and the electronic opening time of tenders is Thursday, April 10 at 11:00 a.m. The criterion for awarding the contract is the most economically advantageous tender based on price. Each tenderer may submit only one tender. The submission of alternative tenders is not permitted, and tenders for part of the subject of the contract are not accepted.

Tenders are submitted by interested parties electronically via the ESIDIS website www.promitheus.gov.gr, until the deadline set in the subsystem’s electronic file.

Participation in the tender requires the submission of a letter of guarantee of 3,000 euros. The tenders submitted are valid and bind the economic operators for a period of 10 months from the day following the deadline for submission of tenders. It is envisaged that the contractor will be granted an advance payment of up to 50% of the contractual value, excluding VAT. The total deadline for the execution of the project is set at 6 months from the date of signing the contract and, at the latest, until the completion of the project.

The project is financed by the “Rural Development of Greece 2014-2020” Programme with co-financing from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
