The National Public Health Organization (EDY) has announced a tender for the provision of travel, movement, residence, and rental means for the needs of employees and members of the organization’s administration.
The estimated value of the contract amounts to EUR 455.005 including VAT. The duration of the contract is set for two years from its signature or to exhaustion of the financial object, if this is the case first. The deadline for receipt of bids is Friday, July 25 at 23:59:59. The procedure will be performed using the National Electronic Public Procurement System (ESIDI).
Services requested are the following:
-Airline tickets, return to any route on the inside, regardless of the number of tickets
-Airline tickets, return for any route abroa,d regardless of the number of tickets
-Coastal Coastal (and Coverage of Car Farm Ferries) Return for any route inside, regardless of the number of tickets
-Rail Rail Rail Railbone for any route inside, regardless of the number of tickets
-Renting car rental services when it is necessary to transport materials that cannot be transported by volume or weight by means of transport, or when there is no transportation.
– I.X. 1300 cc Inside, as well as a Jeep 1300 – 2000 cc car when the movement relates to mountainous and inaccessible areas.
Car deliveries to employees will be made in the areas to be indicated, including all the capital and provincial seats, as well as the islands. The way of moving is decided and approved by the administration at the request of the commissioner.
The Contractor is obliged to provide each contracting month of detailed state of the services provided, as well as the residual budget. At the end of the contract, the contractor submits a report on the completion of all the work and services they provided during the contractual period.
