The Diving Organizing Committee (Diving Greece) announced an electronic open tender, using electronic means, below the thresholds, with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, based on price, to cover a series of needs of the “2025 CMAS World Championship Freediving Depth” competition and the Organizing Committee.
Specifically, the needs as specified in the tender notice concern the provision of visual identity and promotion services for the event, the Secretarial Support of the event, the supply of Clothing and Souvenirs, the provision of Marine support services, the provision of accommodation, transportation, food services as well as the provision of services for the opening and closing ceremonies.
The estimated cost as stated in the relevant tender notice amounts to 190,000 euros including VAT.
The tender will be held using the National Electronic Public Procurement System platform via the web portal: www.promitheus.gov.gr. Interested economic operators are required to have a digital signature, issued by a certified digital signature authority and to register in the electronic system E.S.I.D.I.S. following the relevant registration procedure.
For valid participation in the contract award procedure, participating economic operators must submit a participation guarantee letter, amounting to 2% of the budgeted value before VAT, i.e. an amount of 3,064.51 euros.
The supplier to whom the contract will be awarded will be asked to deposit, before signing the contract, a performance guarantee in favor of the Contracting Authority, an amount corresponding to 4% of the estimated contractual value before VAT. The submitted offers are valid and bind the economic operators for a period of six months from the day following the date of the tender.
The closing date and time for submitting offers has been set for Sunday, July 27 at 8:30 p.m., while the electronic opening of the offers will take place on Monday, July 28 at 5:00 p.m.
