The strategic choice of the municipality of Pyrgos to support conference tourism and promote the region as a destination for scientific and professional events was highlighted by the presence of the mayor of Pyrgos, Stathis Kannis, at the Panhellenic Conference on Perioperative Nursing, which took place at the “Aldemar” hotel in Skafidia.
Mr. Kannis, in his greeting, underlined the importance of strengthening the role of nurses in the health system and their valuable contribution to society, especially in times of crisis.
