The Central Union of Municipalities of Greece has announced a public tender with an estimated budget of 272,800 euros including VAT for the assignment of the integrated provision of services for the organization of its Annual Regular Conferences, thematic conferences, events, workshops, off-site meetings of its collective bodies and teleconferences.
Specifically, the scope of the contract includes the provision, transportation, installation, connection, disconnection and deinstallation of all necessary audiovisual equipment, IT equipment and software, the necessary subsystems, cables, electronic equipment for the full audiovisual coverage of KEDE events, the supplementary material (lighting, connection cables, etc.) for the proper implementation of the event (space layout, graphics, printing, conference material).
The contractor’s obligations include the production and provision to KEDE of all audiovisual content of the events in digital format, which the contractor delivers after the end of the event.
In addition, the scope of the contract includes the parallel presentation of the proceedings of conferences, workshops and other events, which are organized hybridly, in real time via the internet (real time live streaming) through different social media platforms or selected websites, and therefore the provision of services and infrastructure for the implementation of this type of events. It is noted that the hybrid process is planned to be interactive for the participation of conference participants either via a platform or with their presence at the venue.
KEDE events are held throughout Greece, on a case-by-case basis, therefore the contractor under the contract is obliged to provide its services at the local points where the events are held. The production of audiovisual content must be high resolution, combining videos, photos and graphics, for each event separately, which will be displayed during the event.
The planned events related to the contract are the organization of up to two annual regular conferences with thematic sections of KEDE, the organization of up to six two-day thematic conferences, the organization of up to six workshops, the coverage of up to six meetings of the Board of Directors away from home and the organization of up to six teleconferences that will be held away from KEDE’s home and will be able to participate remotely by up to 550 people at most.
The deadline for receipt of offers is 04/11/2025. The procedure will be carried out using the National Electronic Public Procurement System (ESIDIS).
