Germany’s third largest tour operator alltours is bringing its successful allsun hotel brand to Rhodes, with Irene Palace being the first allsun accommodation on the island of the sun. The comfortable 4-star resort in the Kolimbia area stands out for its privileged location right on the sea, the large swimming pool and the extensive facilities that cover the needs of families, couples and individual travelers.
“The operation of allsun Hotel Irene Palace marks another strategic step in the development of our chain in Greece. The combination of location, modern infrastructure and the high quality of allsun services, combined with the rich entertainment, fitness and wellness program, reflects the company’s vision,” said the owner of the alltours group, Willi Verhuven. As he emphasized, during the coming winter season the hotel will be completely renovated, so that from April 2026 it will reopen with the familiar allsun level.

The new allsun Hotel extends over an area of ??over 30,000 sq m, is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens with palm trees and has 247 rooms, including spacious family rooms that reach 50 sq m. Highlights include the water park with water slides and a separate children’s pool.
The location in Kolympia combines tranquility and centrality: just a few minutes walk leads to the center with restaurants, taverns, shops and entertainment venues, while the proximity to Rhodes and Lindos makes it an ideal base for exploring the island.
