Greek tax authority reveals detailed guide to collect "AirBnB style" revenues

Greece’s independent public revenues authority this week revealed detailed instructions for property owners and managers to submit income statements from short-term leasings, i.e. AirBnB-style exploitation.

The Greek state’s now independent tax bureau – a memorandum-mandated condition – wants to know the date of arrival and departure for each contract within 2018, and, naturally, the total paid for each lease contract.

The tax bureau also requires the leaser to specify the method of payment as well as the latter’s tax code information.
