Extra time is given for the submission of Short-Term Accommodation Declarations for properties located within the boundaries of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Municipal Districts of the Municipality of Athens, by decision of the Governor of the Independent Authority of Public Revenue, Giorgos Pitsilis (A.1087/2025).
Specifically, the decision concerns properties that are not subject to the restrictions of paragraph 2A of article 111 of Law 4446/2016 and for which a new Property Registration Number (PRN) has been issued after 1/1/2025. For these properties, the deadline for submitting declarations corresponding to the months of January to May 2025 is extended until Monday, 21/7/2025.
The extension aims to facilitate the managers of the above properties in order to settle the relevant declarations within the new deadline.
