Ikos Resorts expands its luxury offering with suites and villas

Ikos Resorts continues its investment program in the luxury hospitality sector, aiming to continuously upgrade its facilities and add new high-standard accommodation options. According to official announcements, significant interventions will be implemented in 2026 in existing hotels of the group, while the operation of a new resort in Crete is also planned for the same year.

Expansion of the Ikos Deluxe Collection in Halkidiki

Following the completion of extensive renovations at Ikos Olivia in Halkidiki, high demand leads to the expansion of the Ikos Deluxe Collection, with the addition of new rooms, suites and bungalows. The aim is to create more spacious and luxurious options, which will cover the needs of families and demanding travelers.

New villas in Corfu and Mallorca

Ikos Odisia in Corfu is planning new three- and four-bedroom deluxe villas, with an area of ??up to 360 sq m, private pools, large terraces and unobstructed sea views. The spaces will be able to accommodate up to eight people, making them ideal for large families or groups.

Similarly, Ikos Porto Petro (pictured) in Mallorca will add deluxe villas of up to 265 sq m, set in lush gardens, with infinity pools and outdoor dining areas. At the same time, in a quieter location around a central pool, new one-bedroom suites will be created.

New family rooms in Andalusia and Halkidiki

Ikos Andalusia (photo) on the Costa del Sol and Ikos Olivia in Halkidiki will enrich their offer with new family rooms, larger spaces and more options with sea or pool views. In Andalusia, additional suites and deluxe suites with private gardens or sea views will be added, with the largest accommodations reaching 130 sq m. and the ability to accommodate up to five people. Ikos Olivia, on the other hand, will acquire new deluxe bungalows with private gardens or direct access to the beach.

Strategic reinforcement in luxury all-inclusive

With the new investments, Ikos Resorts seek to further strengthen their position in the luxury all-inclusive hospitality model, offering personalized accommodation spaces and new “destinations within a destination” for demanding guests.

New opening in Crete in 2026

In parallel with the expansions, Ikos Kissamos is expected to open its doors in Crete in April 2026, strengthening the brand’s presence in Greece and adding another top destination to its portfolio.
