Workshop on the dissemination of results from the research project:
“Using customer generated content (CGC) for customizing the service mix and maximizing customer satisfaction: an empirical study in hotels”
The University of Peloponnese and the University of West Attica are organizing a workshop to disseminate the results of the collaborative research project “Using customer generated content (CGC) for customizing the service mix and maximizing customer satisfaction: an empirical study in hotels”, implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Greece 2.0, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU. Implementing body: HFRI (Hellenic Foundation for Research & Innovation).
The workshop will take place on Friday, December 19, 2025, from 18:00 to 21:00, in Amphitheater 001, Building D, at the University of West Attica (Ancient Elaionas Campus, P. Ralli & Thivon 250, Aigaleo 12241).
