Foreign Affairs Ministry spokesperson Alexandros Papaioannou briefed diplomatic correspondents on foreign policy issues on Thursday, ANA reports.
On the recent EU Summit’s conclusions concerning Turkey – which include the call for High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell, to promote the idea of a multilateral conference on he situation in the Eastern Mediterranean – Papaioannou said Greece does not object to the idea, provided that all participating states respect the fundamentals of International Law and the Law of the Sea.
