The average of the maximum daily temperatures during November 2024 was slightly below the normal levels for the season in most regions of the country (compared to the average for the period 2010-2019), according to the network of 53 meteorological stations of the National Observatory of Athens meteo.gr weather service, ANA reports.
Specifically, in the Aegean islands and Crete, this year’s November was recorded as the second coldest since 2010. In Athens, the average monthly maximum temperature deviation value was -0.6 ° C, with 15 of the 30 days of the month being below normal for the season. In Thessaloniki, 19 days of the month were below the average value of the period 2010-2019, where the average maximum temperature of the month fluctuated by 0.9 ° C below normal levels.
