Olympiakos Water Polo Club won 7-6 against Szolnoki Vízilabda Sportclub at the semi final of LEN Champions League’s Final Six and advanced to Saturday’s final.
Angelos Vlachopoulos scored the decisive goal just a few seconds before the final whistle for the Reds, which are the only unbeaten team in Europe in this season (7 wins and 3 draws in the competition).
The champions of Greece are now ready to win the second LEN Champions League’s title in their history, after that of 2002, again at the same place, the Margaret Island of Budapest.
