National Hellenic Museum displays ‘Aegean: Creation of an Archipelago’ exhibit

The amazing exhibit “Aegean: Creation of an Archipelago” is currently showing at the National Hellenic Museum in Chicago. The exhibition opened on November 24 and is an ongoing exhibit that has brought in many visitors of all ages.

The exhibit gives visitors a unique opportunity to explore underwater discoveries from the Aegean Sea via scientific, educational and entertaining displays.

Aegean: Creation of an Archipelago is an event that has toured Rome, Athens and Thessaloniki, and was critically acclaimed by National Geographic in Germany.

It appeals to all ages as it gives a visual narrative of the history and evolution of the Aegean Sea spanning over millions of years by displaying rare artifacts, incorporating audiovisual productions and photographic materials.
