Fairytales at the Epigraphic and Numismatic Museum in Athens

The Epigraphic and Numismatic Museuin Athens, in collaboration with fairytale narrator Rita Lytou, presents a scary and comic performance titled “Elloui” and “Poor man and Koutsa” based on two folk tales from Karpathos.

These two fairy tales originate from the pre-war records of folklorist Michael Michaelides-Nouaros and combine the art of narration with folklore through the use of linguistic idioms.

The show is for adults and children over the age of 10.

Where: Numismatic Museum (Esperides Hall)
