Greek museums recorded a 2.9 pct decrease in the number of visitors in December 2017 compared with the corresponding month of 2016 and an 8.2 pct decrease in the number of free admission visitors as well as a 4.6 pct increase in their receipts, according to the Hellenic Statistical Authority, ANA reports.
In December 2017 compared with the corresponding month of 2016, the number of visitors at archaeological sites showed a rise of 17.0 pct, while a decrease of 2.7 pct was observed in the number of free admission visitors and a 27.4% increase in the corresponding receipts.
