The Board of Directors of the National Archaeological Museum (NAM) has decided on the Museum’s new pricing policy regarding the price of the ticket.
Specifically, the price of the entrance ticket to the NAM until December 31, 2025, due to works on the NAM building, will remain at 12€, during both the summer and winter seasons.
At the same time, the price of the single NAM ticket will be set at 20 euros from January 1, 2026, without distinction between winter and summer seasons.
A reduced ticket price of 50% of the regular price is set, which they are entitled to pay…
Greek citizens and citizens of other European Union member states over 65 years of age, upon presentation of their ID card or passport to confirm age and country of origin, during the period from October 1 to May 31 of each year.
Accompanying parents on educational visits to primary schools in European Union member states and the European Economic Area.
Accompanying teachers on educational visits to primary, secondary and tertiary schools and institutions in countries outside the European Union.
Entrance to organized archaeological sites, historical sites, monuments and museums that belong to the State and are managed by the Ministry of Culture is free, without payment of a fee, on the following dates:
March 6th (Melina Mercouri Memorial Day),
April 18th (International Day for Monuments)
May 18th (International Museum Day)
Last weekend of September (European Heritage Days)
October 28th (National Holiday) and
first and third Sunday of each month from November 1st to March 31st of each year.
