Twin Olympic gold medalist Anna Korakaki, won the gold medal in the 25m pistol at the ISSF World Cup in Bologna, Italy.
The 20-year-old Olympian will compete on Saturday in 10m pistol event.
President of the Hellenic Republic Prokopis Pavlopoulos congratulated Korakaki on her new success, lauding her ethos and fighting spirit.
“Your example represents the young generation of Greeks. I extend my warm congratulations”, Pavlopoulos’s message said.
After her new success Anna posted on her Facebook page expressing her thanks to everyone on her journey so far.
