Weather in Greece is expected to take a sudden downturn later on Monday, according to the National Meteorological Services (EMY) with topical intense rainfall and storms with hail and string winds. EMY has issued a sever weather report with temperatures expected to range between 16 and 25 degrees celsius.
The weather front is expected to initially move across the regions Epirus, the western mainland and the western Peloponnese, and gradually make it way to Macedonia and Thessaly on Monday. For Tuesday the Sporades island cluster, some areas on the mainland, Euboea and the northern Aegean and possibly the Cyclades island complex will be affected, with the phenomena declining on Wednesday.
