Greek PM and Archbishop Ieronymos visit Agios Efstratios island on Friday

Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras and Archbishop Ieronymos will visit Agios Efstratios on Friday for the national anniversary of the 28th of October.

According to the Archbishop’s schedule, the religious leader will visit the island of Limnos on Thursday and head to the orthodox cathedral. Later on in the day he will depart for Agios Efstratios, where he will visit the local school and military outpost.

The Archbishop will also officiate at the island’s church and attend all of the other planned celebrations on Friday, before returning to Limnos.
