Reporter Tony Pertesis interviewed Giannis Antetokounmpo after the Knicks vs Bucks game at the Madison Square Garden in New York on Jan 4. The Greek American reporter called Giannis a Greek god and also asked him how he feels when he sees the Greek flag in a game. Wath the interview:
Giannis also greeted his Greek fans outside the stadium. On his way to the Bucks bus a fan asked him to sign the Greek flag as he was signing other autographs. “I am not gonna sign the flag,” said the Greek freak who fired a buzzer feater for the Bucks in the game. Once again, Antetokounmpo showed that together with great sportsmanship comes great respect for his country. Thank you Giannis for continuing to raise the bar inside and outside the court!
