Two Athens metro stations to close on Wednesday during protests

The metro stations in Syntagma and Panepistimio in Athens will be closed from 12:00 and 16:00 respectively on Wednesday, due to the events marking the ninth anniversary of the killing of 15-year-old Alexandros Grigoropoulos by police in 2008.

The decision was taken by order of the Greek police.
