The Court of Justice of the European Union (Curia) on Wednesday rejected the legal arguments brought forth by the Greek state and validated a March 2015 European Commission decision ordering Athens to recover aid granted to the container port of Piraeus (SEP) and Cosco Pacific Ltd.
Greece had submitted five pleas to annul the Commission decision, all of which were dismissed.
