Greece’s ambulance service (EKAB) announced on Tuesday that it will take delivery of 28 new ambulances for the areas of Patras, Tripoli and Lamia, at a cost of nearly two million euros, ANA reports.
In a statement EKAB noted that “after steps from the Health Ministry, the funding of EKAB and the freeing up of strengths which its brings, new prospects are opening, leaving behind the tragic days of the bailout and the poor healthcare of the people.”
