Justice Minister Stavros Kontonis instructed an Athens prosecutor to check into whether there is free access to beaches in eastern Attica, in accordance with Greek law, ANA reports.
This investigation also includes the prosecutor inviting property owners in the area to determine whether they have all the required building permits and whether city planning officials followed up with the necessary checks of buildings.
