Power was restored to the Dodecanese island of Rhodes on Friday after the repair of a malfunction at the island’s power station, which had interrupted the electricity supply to the entire island, ANA reports.
The Public Power Corporation repair teams fixed the problem and gradually began to restore power to various areas of the island, with the supply in most areas of Rhodes now back to normal. According to initial estimates, the damage was caused due to very low demand.
