Temperatures in Greece will be high over the weekend as the atmospheric instability gradually subsides, the weather service of the National Observatory of Athens, meteo.gr, said on Friday, according to ANA.
From Friday afternoon but mostly during the weekend very hot air masses are expected to spread from Africa to Europe.
The high temperatures are expected to start dropping from Monday, starting from the north, whereas the countries of Western Europe will continue to experience a heatwave.
