Judges at Greek courts should continue to process decisions during the partial suspension of court sessions, Justice Minister Constantine Tsiaras said on Thursday, to avoid slowing down the system further, ANA reports.
A new ministerial decision is expected soon to extend the partial suspension of court sessions. Both current and future decisions do not suspend the actual issuing of rulings. Furthermore, ministry sources said that all court sessions that do not endanger public health should be held normally in order to avoid the pileup of cases.
