Third day in a row without coronavirus-related fatalities in Greece

Greece’s Ministry of Health, via a press release, announced on Sunday afternoon, two new coronavirus cases in our country., bringing the total number to 2,917, int.ert.gr reports.

Of these, 636 (21.8%) are considered to be related to trips from abroad and 1,696 (58.1%) are related to an already known case.

Based on the Ministry of Health, no deaths have occurred for the third consecutive day, meaning that the total number of victims rests at 175. The average age of the deceased was 76 years and 95.4% of them had an underlying health issue and / or were aged 70 years and older.

13 people, whose median age is 70 years, remain intubated and 84.6% of them have an underlying health issue or are aged 70 years and older.

106 patients have been discharged from the ICUs, while a total of 180,518 clinical samples have been tested.
