The board of directors of the Piraeus Port Authority Port Workers’ Union has decided to hold a four-hour work stoppage on Friday, July 17 from 13:00 tp 17:00, ANA reports.
According to a union statement, the employees are protesting against an announcement by PPA’s management on June 26, 2020, entitled “provision of services for the loading and unloading of vehicles, machinery, goods and other related work by appropriate staff, for the needs of the car terminal in the premises of the Car Terminal and the other Port Facilities of PPA SA.”
