“We are prepared, the vaccines for the flu are here and the instructions for those that have priority for vaccination are clear, there is adequacy and there is a plan in order to address both the influenza virus and the coronavirus simultaneously,” Deputy Health Minister Vassilis Kontozamanis said while speaking in parliament on Wednesday and he underlined that “the health system is not at its limits and there is a plan”, ANA reports.
Earlier, opposition Movement for Change (KINAL) MP Andreas Poulas asked for answers from the government on the flu vaccination plan ahead of the winter and the possibility of the presence of both viruses in the human body.
