Operation of asylum service offices in Attica suspended due to Covid-19

Τhe operation of regional asylum offices in and around the Greek capital Athens has been temporarily suspended due to the infection with SARS-Cov-2 of four interpreters working there, ANA reports.

The closure affects the regional asylum offices of Attica, Piraeus, and Alimos, as well as the independent teams examining asylum applications by Pakistani nationals, the fast-track examination of international requests for international protection, and that entitled international protection from Tuesday, October 6 until Friday, October 9.
