Strong frost was recorded during the night and early Thursday in the northern parts of Greece, according to ANA.
The automated meteo stations of Athens National Observatory recorded the lowest temperatures (except mountain refuge and ski resorts) in Neos Kafkasos of Florina (-8.4 on the Celsius scale), -8.1 in Nevrokopi, -6.9 at Kilada of Kozani, -6.9 in Paranesti, Drama region and -6.8 in the town of Ptolemaida.
