A satisfactory ‘wall’ of immunity against Covid-19 will have been created by this summer and the vaccination rate will speed up in the second quarter of 2021, alternate government spokesperson Aristotelia Peloni said, speaking to radio Thema FM on Friday, ANA reports.
Peloni noted that Johnson & Johnson will deliver 1.3 million doses of its single-dose vaccine to Greece in the second quarter of 2021, and she refuted articles in the media claiming that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had proposed the co-production of the Russian vaccine with Greece.
