“The pandemic is not over and the battle will continue,” Alternate Health Minister Vassilis Kontozamanis, who is paying a two-day visit to Crete in order to meet and exchange views with hospital officials, announced on Monday.
Kontozamanis said that the country has so far managed to do relatively well and still had green areas on the Covid-19 map put out by the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control and that by adhering to the measures and vaccination “together we will be able to overcome this crisis.”
