Vaccination megacenter to open at western Greek suburb of Peristeri early in April

The vaccination megacenter at the Expo facilities of Peristeri, west of Athens’ center, will be able to inoculate up to 140,000 people per month against Covid-19, Alternate Health Minister Vassilis Kontozamanis said on Friday, according to ANA.

Responding to a question in Greek Parliament raised by main opposition SYRIZA, Kontozamanis said the center will start operating early in April and be able to handle up to 96 waiting lines simultaneously.
