Fee-based beaches, prep centers and courts to reopen in Greece on May 8-10

Beaches charging entrance fees are expected to reopen as of May 8 based on safety protocols to be finalized by Friday, the Deputy Civil Protection Minister for Crisis Management Nikos Hardalias said in an announcement on Wednesday, ANA reports.

Furthermore, the number of customers allowed for in-store shopping (after an obligatory appointment) is also expected to change as of May 8, while administrative courts will return to operation on May 10.

College preparatory and language schools (frontistiria) will reopen on the same day as the remaining classrooms – May 10 – to allow students to prepare for examinations, whether final or national entrance ones (panellinies).
