New strong earthquake jolts the Greek island of Crete within two weeks

A strong earthquake measuring 6.3 on the Richter scale was recorded at 12:24 on Tuesday, according to Athens National Observatory Geodynamics Institute, ANA reports.
The quake’s epicenter was 23 km east of Zakros and its focal depth was 8.2 km.
No injuries or damages have been reported so far.
