The Hellenic National Meteorological Service (HNMS) issued a severe weather warning forecasting rains and storms tomorrow, Wednesday, and Thursday, protothema.gr reports.
Strong winds, thunderstorms, rain, hail, and even a fall in temperature are expected in western, central, and northern Greece until the morning hours of Thursday.
According to the report, the weather in the western, central, and northern country will show a temporary deterioration from noon on Wednesday (18-05-2022) until the morning hours of Thursday ( 19-05-2022) with the main characteristics being locally heavy rains and thunderstorms, which may be accompanied by hail, strong winds and a significant drop in temperature.
