Vaccines against O4 and O5 Covid mutations in Greece as of early October

From the beginning of October, it will be possible to vaccinate vulnerable groups and people over the age of 60 with the updated vaccines against the O4 and O5 coronavirus mutations, Greek Health Μinister Thanos Plevris announced on Wednesday in Parliament, ANA reports.

According to the health minister, people are currently being vaccinated with the updated O1 vaccines and the goal is to have the O4 and O5 vaccines available in the first week of October to vaccinate the population for whom there are relevant guidelines (vulnerable groups and citizens over 60).
