Aegina island's water supply pipeline from the mainland is repaired after sabotage

Repairs of the sabotaged marine pipeline which supplies the island of Aegina with drinking water from the mainland were successfully completed, it was announced on Wednesday, ANA reports.

The pipeline was damaged in July by the use of an incendiary device, with the contractor sending an ROV to assess the damage, and the Hellenic Coast Guard carrying out investigations.
