Security and Armed Forces are on high alert to address potential flooding impacts from the severe storm “ATENA”, ANA reports.
In a coordination meeting held on Monday under Minister of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection Vasilis Kikilias it was decided that the Fire Brigade will deploy EMAK units with boats to assist citizens if they become trapped in affected areas. Additionally, the Fire Brigade will be on standby for water pumping operations.
