Τhe region of Attica was declared “World’s Leading Seaside Metropolitan Destination” of the World Travel Awards, an institution that awards the protagonists of the tourist industry and is acknowledged as the total trademark of the travel industry worldwide, ANA reports.
The importance of the distinction was underlined by the other contenders, internationally acknowledged tourist destinations like Cape Town, Dubai, Miami, Shangai, Jakarta, and Perth.
The award is the result of the regional strategic enhancement of Attica’s extroversion with the development of comparative advantages that render it a popular destination throughout the year.
