Southern Aegean and Crete Regions decided to participate in international tourism fairs that will take place in Warsaw and Cannes.
Southern Aegean Region hired Andronis MS company to study, design, and supervise its pavillion construction in the International Luxury Travel Market in Cannes, which today opens its doors today and will last until December 3.
30 luxury hotels
The Region’s pavillion will host operators and tourism companies in the Dodecanese and the Cyclades, in order to help them conduct business meetings with luxury buyers.
A total of 30 luxury hotels located in the Dodecanese and the Cyclades island complexes will be featured in the pavilion, while last year only six hotels from the region participated in the event.
Organized every year in Cannes, ILTM is the leading ‘by invitation only’ event for the global luxury travel community which will bring together the world’s greatest luxury resorts with about 1,300 selective international travel buyers this year.
Promotional event
South Aegean Region will also organize a promotional event as part of its participation in the Grecka Panorama exhibition, to be held from 11 to 13 December in Warsaw with a €12,000 budget.
In this event, prizes will awarded with the largest Tour Operators in Poland as guests. South Aegean Region islands videos will be displayed on a giant screen, as well as on a virtual reality device for visitors, and the Region’s logo will be displayed on the stand.
Crete Region will also participate in the same exhibition for a total amount of €29,500 euros.
