Athens Pride Week will begin on Friday and run until September 11, with events strictly abiding by all health safety measures, the organizers announced on Thursday, ANA reports.
The events will include presentations of stories illustrating life for the LGBTQI+ communities, seminars, discussions, film screenings, exhibitions, DJ sets and performances, and the presentation of the Athens Pride 2020 campaign.
The central Athens Pride 2020 event will be exclusively online and include a seminar organized jointly with the European Parliament’s office in Greece entitled “LGBTQI+ Rights: Ambitions and challenges in the EU and in Greece” and an artistic program available at www.athenspride.eu.
