PanHellenic Scholarship Foundation hold awards ceremony and gala on June 18

The PanHellenic Scholarship Foundation Awards Ceremony and Gala takes place on Saturday, June 18 at the Hilton Chicago, 720 South Michigan Avenue.

The event honors the exceptional scholarship award recipients and the Paradigm Award honoree Dr. George D. Yancopoulos, Co-Founder, President, and Chief Scientific Officer of the pharmaceutical company Regeneron. Lou Canellis, lead sports anchor at FOX 32 in Chicago, will serve as the Master of Ceremonies at the Black Tie Preferred event.

The doors open for check-in at 5 PM with the Cocktail Reception and Awards Ceremony beginning at 5:30 PM. Dinner follows at 8 PM and the After Party at 11 PM.

The PanHellenic Scholarship Foundation’s mission is to promote education by providing scholarships and educational programs to Greek-American college students who, guided by the values of their Hellenic upbringing, have the potential to become life-long significant achievers and contribute meaningfully to society.

In 2021, despite the ongoing pandemic, the PanHellenic Scholarship Foundation awarded $250,000 in scholarships to 40 brilliant Greek-American college students.
